About time I blogged this. Shantee’s going to be outgrowing her Swarovski dog necklace, but I kept forgetting to post an entry about it till now. Anyhoo, take a look of the necklace I’m talking about:

Shantee’s actually wearing this on her picture on this post, it’s just not noticeable from that angle. And yep, the dog necklace is made of Swarovski crystals—a dog necklace which used to be my bracelet
I added the chain so it would be easy to adjust, and Shantee won’t get choke on it if it’s too tight. That’s actually the nice thing about having a small dog—they’re so little you can just convert a bracelet into a fashionable necklace for them. Since Shantee’s a miniature version of a Shih Tzu (tiny teacup Shih Tzu or “Princess type” Shih Tzu), there’s still a chance that she won’t outgrow her necklace that much—a little adjustment might just do the trick. If she gets too big for it though, I can always just get her a collar or ask my cousin to make a custom dog necklace for her.
If you’re into making beaded necklaces or that sort of thing, creating one for your dog is way way cheaper than buying those in pet shops. Try it! Your dog fashionista will surely love it ![]()
